Taras Salento

From ancient and generous Primitivo vines we get the Taras, multi-awarded wine of the Maison Carrisi.
The selection of the grapes, the manual harvesting, the mashing, the subsequent vinification and controlled temperature, the refinement in French oak barrels make this wine appear of an intense red color with violet reflections, a spicy fragrance and a flavor of ripe fruit, savory and dry. We recommend pairing with spicy first courses, roast meats and game.
