Platone

Platone is a wine made from Negroamaro and Primitivo grapes, produced by prestigious 75-year-old vines. The harvest is carried out with about 15 days of delay compared to the normal period, thus giving the possibility to the grapes to reach a greater maturation.
The wine obtained after fermentation in steel silos is aged for about eight months in barrique. It shows an intense red color with violet reflections.
